Where we ship

We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2-4 business days from order confirmation. Delivery may occasionally take longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees

A flat shipping fee of EGP 80 applies to all orders, regardless of location. The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message. Our team may also contact you by phone to confirm your order details and delivery address before shipping.

Delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order. If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
